RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

7 days exchange from the delivered date. All sales are final, only exchange for another in-stock item allowed. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 7 days window. All return and exchange must have a return authorization (RA) number. 
Any items not sent in their original condition, such as damaged or with missing parts will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

All products sold by us are in new and unused condition, unless otherwise stated (such as an open box item).
Conditions:
• RA number will be provided after exchange request is made.
• Original tag must be attached in brand new, unworn condition.
• 5 days inspection period upon receipt of your item.
• Final sales includes custom engraved, resized, and special orders (Non-refundable, unexchangeable, no exceptions.)
• Shipping charges applies to all exchanges.

Customers will be charged once for shipping costs (including returns); no restocking fees are charged.
Depending on your geographic location, the estimated time for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $500 please consider using a trackable/insured shipping service.  We do not guarantee your return item will be received, and are not to be held responsible for postal damage or uninsured items.
